Sarah Cotton - Yoga Instructor
Sarah Cotton is the clinic Yoga instructor and currently takes classes on a Wednesday afternoon.

Come and practice Hatha yoga in a small group setting!

Take an hour to yourself to improve your health and your happiness. As the class is intimate it can be modified to suit your ability. Breathing techniques help to calm the mind, followed by postures that will help to build strength and flexibility. We finish the practice with some restorative poses followed by relaxation.
