Qualified, Trained Therapists

Aromatherapy is a relaxing treatment which seeks to harmonise body and mind, giving you an improved sense of wellbeing.

Reflexology applies pressure to specific reflex points to help improve the functioning of your body.

We also provide a wide range of alternative services, including physiotherapy, acupuncture, chiropody and more.

I have been a fully qualified practitioner since 2004.

My qualifications include:
Level 2 Reiki practitioner;
Level 3 Diploma in Holistic Therapy, which includes Swedish Body Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage and Deep Tissue massage;
Level 4 Diploma in Sports Massage;
I am qualified in ESPA and Thalgo Body Spa treatments, such as body brushing, wraps and salt scrubs;
I am also qualified to perform Myofascial Release Therapy.
 As a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists, I am fully insured and my qualifications are accredited by Health Shield. This enables many clients to claim back up to 75% of their treatment costs for the following treatments: Sports Massage, Indian Head Massage, and Aromatherapy.

I have worked in a 4 Star Spa Hotel for four years, and also volunteered at St Luke’s Hospice for several months.

 I have adapted my massage techniques to suit all types of client requirements, from very light pressure, relaxing massages to deep tissue and Sports Massages.

One of my favourite treatments is the ”Stress Relief” treatment, as I initially use deep tissue techniques on the back and shoulders, then finish with a lighter pressure on the scalp, face and neck, using a blend of aromatic oils. This leaves the client feeling like their muscles have had a good workout, but there is then time for relaxation towards the end of the treatment.

As I am a fully qualified Aromatherapist, I blend all my own oils and only use organic cold pressed sunflower oil in my Aromatherapy treatments. This treatment lasts 90 minutes.

I enjoy doing my two hour ESPA Aromatherapy Massage, where I use the electric blanket, candles and fairy lights to create a relaxing environment. This includes feet, legs, back, stomach (if required), arms, hands, face, neck and scalp. This is a truly relaxing massage.
